Jerk Chicken Nachos

Ingredients
6 Cups of Tortilla Chips
2 Cups Diced or Shredded Cooked Chicken
2 Cups Cheese
2 1/2 TBSP Jamaican Jerk Seasoning- Divided
1 Small Red Pepper- cut into small diced size
1 TBSP fresh cilantro
2 TBSP Lime Juice Divided
1/3 Cup Sour Cream

Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Arrange the tortilla chips on a baking sheet, slightly overlapping. Mix the Chicken, Cheese and 1 TBSP of the Jerk Seasoning and sprinkle over chips and place in oven until the cheese is melted. Combine the red pepper, 1 TBSP jerk seasoning, and cilantro. Mix the sour cream, 1/2 TBSP jerk seasoning. Once the cheese is melted over the chips, take out of the oven and sprinkle the red pepper mixture over the nachos. Spoon (or you can put the sour cream in a plastic baggie, cut a small portion of the corner of the bad)and drizzle the sour cream over the nachos. ENJOY!
